Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our watches as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

3. Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our watches are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product, collection, or service without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
In the event of a typographical or system pricing error, Time Excellence reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and paid for. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Orders, Billing, and Account Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. This may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection

Delivery Timeline: We partner with third-party courier services to deliver products across Bangladesh. While we aim for prompt delivery, transit times may vary based on location, weather conditions, or political events.
Inspection Upon Receipt: Since watches are delicate luxury items, customers are strictly advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
Any physical damage, external defect, or incorrect item issue must be reported to our customer service team within 12 hours of receipt, as outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Warranty and Limitations of Liability

Warranty: Certain watches may come with a manufacturer's warranty or a brand warranty specified on the product page. This warranty typically covers internal mechanism defects and excludes external wear-and-tear, scratches, glass breakage, or water damage caused by improper usage.
Limitation: In no case shall Time Excellence, our directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the products procured using our service.
