Your satisfaction is our priority. If a manufacturing defect is detected upon the product's arrival in Bangladesh:

  • Replacement: We can arrange a replacement (please note this may require additional shipping time).

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to adjust your advance payment against any other available in-stock items.

4. Order Cancellation

Please choose carefully! Once an order is confirmed with the supplier, the advance payment is forfeited as a cancellation fee if you decide to withdraw the order. This covers the international logistics and handling costs already incurred.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Timeline: We typically deliver within 15 to 30 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

  • External Factors: While we strive for speed, please understand that timelines may occasionally shift due to customs processing, international shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Our 40-Day Refund Guarantee

We value your time. If we fail to deliver your product within 40 working days, you are entitled to a full refund of your advance payment—no questions asked, no deductions, and no hidden fees.
