DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

1. Delivery Time

Ready-to-Ship Products

• Products available in ready stock will normally be delivered within 2 business days.
• No advance payment is required to confirm an order for ready-stock products.

Factory Orders

• Products that are not available in ready stock and need to be sourced from factories generally take 4–10 days.
• If a product is out of stock at the factory and requires new production, delivery may take up to 15 days.
• Customized leather straps may require approximately 20–30 days, depending on the customization and production process.

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on factory availability and shipping conditions.

2. Payment Policy

We do not require full advance payment for every order.

For factory-ordered products, an advance payment may be required to confirm the order and begin the sourcing or production process. The remaining balance will be collected according to the agreed payment terms.

For international orders to the USA, full advance payment may be required before shipment.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure that it matches the confirmed order and agreed specifications.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or simply deciding not to keep the product.

However, if you receive:

• A different product from the one you ordered.
• An incorrect model, colour, or specification.
• A product with a verified defect or damage.

Please contact us promptly with supporting photos or videos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Order Collection & Abandoned Orders

Once your factory-ordered product arrives in Bangladesh, we will notify you immediately.

We will keep your product reserved for up to 60 days from the date of notification.

If you fail to collect your product or respond within this period, your order may be considered abandoned. Any advance payment will be handled according to the agreed order terms and applicable laws.
